Gary holds his workmanship to the highest standard. At our new home Gary noticed that the main subfloor was in need of levelling due to just a 3/16" variation. I'm sure I would not have noticed this variation and if it was not for Gary's attention to detail, he would not have noticed the subfloor defect either. Moreover, Gary held off installing our floor for nearly 3 weeks advising us that the humidity levels in our home and in the engineered hardwood needed acclimatization. In short, Gary understood and cared for our floor more than we could have asked for and as a result, our floor looks spectacular and is free of any squeaks or warps. Thanks Gary!!
